- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15325739, 10 months agoI've been using the ad-blocker for years, and ads have always been blocked completely. This new version is a joke. I see more ads now than ever. Customer service is also a joke. Several emails have gone unanswered. Don't spend the money on this one. Stick with the free version.
- Rated 1 out of 5by yahoo, 10 months ago2 damn minutes using it and wants a rate? this is my rate 2 minutes after installed.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13578089, 10 months agoI think FF is messed up!? Download failed. Please check your connection. ... all else works fine
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18005042, 10 months agoThe recent update BROKE ALL WEBSITES. Literally almost ALL. I deactive it until works again. (Used to be perfect though, so definitely give a 5 star when it works normally again)
- Rated 1 out of 5by Хельг, 10 months agoFor a long time it worked fine, but today it seems that it suddenly began to block scripts for the normal operation of sites - such as buttons on YouTube, control elements on other sites, and even Google search.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Ali, 10 months agoDoesn't work anymore. It's strange after a couple of days it still doesn't have any updates or any announcements.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Coldede, 10 months agoIt seemed strange after some websites I frequently use could not be loaded. Started to diagnose the problems and found other browsers were working fine, found out adblocker ultimate was the culprit.
- Rated 1 out of 5by RaeV, 10 months agoNo longer works properly with Firefox. Keeps videos from playing in latest update. Had to uninstall
- Rated 1 out of 5by Veers, 10 months agoRecently started blocking absolutely everything or at best case scenario making loading pages SUPER slow. Might have been compromised, idk. But I don't have patience to deal with a software that isn't QA'd properly.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13459612, 10 months agoPreviously this was the add blocker I loaded on all our computers and recommended to others. However YT's new algorithm will not play videos if this blocker is active. If I turn it off, everything plays. I really miss the old days and I certainly will not pay $14/month ransom to YT, it's not worth it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by FireFixer, 10 months agodoesn't work properly anymore, safe to assume get compromised. better safe than sorry, people!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Linni, 10 months agohas worked wonderfully for years but firefox updated aug 4 and now this extension is preventing many sites from loading. twitter won't load at all, other sites are missing half their images. switching it ublock origin, i guess
- Rated 1 out of 5by Mike, 10 months agoWorked great (for many years) until recent update. Many sites won't load. Even Google won't work right with it... dropdown menus and image previews quit working.
I uninstalled / reinstalled. Same problem. Bummer.
Had to uninstall permanently. Now I have ads cluttering up websites, and it sucks. No substitute that I know of. And it hasn't been updated to fix the problems from what I can see here. - Rated 1 out of 5by TeslaSupreme, 10 months agoAfter aug4 update, breaks most websites. I reckon the dev will fix it asap, but ive already changed extension. So long, Adblocker Ultimate!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Shutterbug, 10 months agoAfter Firefox upgrade to 116.0.1 64 bit this extension corrupts almost every web site, amazon, walmart, amazon, facebook, yahoo, etc.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Sabruness, 10 months agoUp til now the extension has been great but due to reasons unknown (but likely the latest update), the extension now breaks a huge amount of different sites which renders the extension useless. Hopefully the developer will update and/or fix the extension soon.
edit: can confirm User 16992077's suggestion works. the issue seems to be with the security filter which can be turned off and the extension will then work as normal - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13456574, 10 months agoI started disabling all of the add on and found out this thing stops all the site I use. I had this for long time now it stops working.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Dreamer, 10 months agoI can't view some (my most visited) websites entirely after last update. Is there a way to revert to previous version?
- Rated 1 out of 5by Matt, 10 months agoLike everyone else has said, the new update just completely ruined my online experience. Half of the websites I use won't load and I've just decided to remove this ad blocker entirely.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18004480, 10 months agoEnd of an era... This worked really amazing for a long time but suddenly, today, it blocks most websites from working at all now. Just a big cat and mouse game. Stupid corporations love to spend $10 to try and save $1. Just leave folks alone already. We don't want your ads, end of story.
